SpotMe – Capturing Event Tech Leadership

SpotMe, headquartered in Lausanne, is a global leader in enterprise event technology. Their platform helps companies in sectors like life sciences and finance create impactful in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences.

My collaboration with SpotMe began when I photographed CEO Pierre Métrailler. More recently, I returned to their Lausanne HQ to capture updated portraits of him and his team.

The setting? Their office with panoramic views over the city of Lausanne and some of Lake Geneva. We made the most of this spectacular backdrop by using it as a unifying visual element for all portraits. The challenge, however, was ensuring visual consistency over time — so that future team members can be photographed in the same style without visible differences.

To achieve that, I carefully controlled the lighting and angles, recreating similar conditions regardless of the time of day or weather. This allows for seamless updates: when new colleagues join, their portraits will slot right in — indistinguishable from the rest.

SpotMe delivers high-end tech with smooth precision. My job is to make their visuals reflect that same standard — aligned, elegant, and on-brand.
