Lately, I’ve been seeing a pattern. A rather flattering one. People are coming back. Not just any people – clients from years ago. One walked into the studio last week and said, “Patric, we worked together almost 10 years ago. I need to look like I’ve levelled up, not aged out.”
Fair enough.
And honestly? It felt like catching up with old friends. No awkwardness. Just an unspoken “you again – finally.”
It reminded me of something I used to say when I ran that beautiful yoga studio years ago: Yes, it’s great when someone leaves smiling after class. But the real win? It’s when they arrive back smiling.
